The Big Cheese has a great variety – 8 half pounds of delicious cheese! Chosen by the cheese maker, these are some family favorites from ours to yours. Includes a jam and hand crafted chocolate to enjoy as well.

Dublin Karst - A Veldhuizen signature. Semi-soft. Hints of buttery sweet cream, buliding to a pleasant tanginess.

Garlic Dill Havarti - Winter seasonal. Soft, creamy Havarti flavored with fresh garlic and dried dill. 

Redneck Cheddar - Curds bathed in dark stout. Medium sharp. Flavors of malty sweetness and buttered toast. 

Double Barrel Cheddar - Cave aged 2+ years. Sharp, crumbly, caramel notes.

Bosque Blue - Rich and creamy with beautiful blue veins. Bold blue flavor with a sweet cream finish.

Jalapeño Cheddar - Jalapeño & Habañero are added to this creamy cheddar. Great pepper flavor throughout with a touch of heat at the end.

Pleasant Meadow - A Veldhuizen signature. Creamy and soft with swiss flavors. Grassy with hints of sweetness, a pleasant piquant finish.

Huizen Kaas - Our take on a traditional Dutch cheese with a soft, creamy texture. Notes of honey, caramel, and butterscotch.

Gingerbread Toffee (half pound) - Delicious almond toffee dusted with gingerbread spices and powdered sugar. From Wiseman House Chocolates. Pairs well with Texas Star and Dublin Karst.

Prickly Pear Pepper Jam - Bright flavors of Texas. South Texas Prickly Pear and Smoked Chili Pequin makes a sweet & spicy jam that pairs well with cheese. Made in Texas at Brushfire Farms.
