Greens Creek is named for a creek and community close to where we live. It is a lovely area for our cows to graze year round. Our cows are Jersey-Holstein crosses which give milk with a lovely golden hue, that gives Greens Creek its appealing color naturally. This cheese has a nutty, full flavor. It is aged between 6 months to 1 year. Serving Suggestions: Enjoy this cheese in French onion soup, melted on a sandwich, in a fondue, gratins or a quiche.
