August 11, 2007 6:30-8:30pm. “Cheese to the Table”
Join us for our first class, we will be joined by cheesemongers Kendra Scott and Lindsey Schechter, known as the Houston Dairymaids. They will take our cheese “to the table” with advice and ideas about serving, storing, and presenting artisan cheese to your guests. Using fresh, natural produce, we will also find the foods that pair best with each of our cheeses. Come and join us for a fun and interesting evening. Cost-$25 per person, or $35 per couple. Class size is limited, please sign up by using the contact us button and send us an email reserving your place in the class.

Fall is a great time for beer and cheese. We will look at pairing beer and ale with cheese.

No class, we will be having an open house, and gift ideas for you, along with recipes for those holiday parties.
