All our cheeses are made from our own raw cow’s milk.
Our artisan made cheese will vary depending on the season.
The cows will be eating a variety of grasses and therefore the milk and the taste of the cheese will vary slightly.
We believe the enzymes in the milk contribute to our cheeses’ great flavor. Lower temperatures are utilized in the cheese making process (maximum 100), so natural probiotics are still preserved, (as a “live” food). The beautiful color of our cheese is all natural. We never add artificial color. Because our cows are pasture grazed year round, the milk is a rich golden color.
